Unit G6Designed to put athletes and individuals of all levels in the best possible position to compete at their sport. You will train at Unit G6, a 800 square foot facility designed specifically for athletes who want to improve their sporting performance and individuals tired of the usual 3 sets of 10 bi’s and tri’s bodybuilding programs.

We guarantee results for every individual who walks through our doors and completes our 3 month trial period. Weather you are looking to increase strength, burn fat, wanting to add muscle or come back from an injury we are confident that our passion and commitment will deliver you the results you require. All we ask from you is that you turn up a MINIMUM of 2 times a week and train with intensity. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE FIT TO JOIN, however you have to be willing to WORK HARD.


Not because we are rude or unfriendly, because we care about our athletes and their success. This will come before anything else. Anybody who is negative, brings down the energy, interferes with your success or hasn’t got the level of commitment required WILL NOT TRAIN HERE!

Only the motivated and dedicated individuals will be taken. NO EXCEPTIONS! This will ensure that every athlete training at our facility compliments one another, raises the level of expectancy and adds to the training atmosphere. Again I will stress, you DO NOT have to be fit and/or strong to train here, just willing to turn up every week and put in the work!!

What Type of Athlete Gets Accepted into Our Facility?

The following is a list of traits that we look for in every individual who wants to train with us:

  • On time, ALL the time
  • Commitment to your scheduled training sessions
  • Committed to nutrition, athletic performance and sports specific training outside of the gym.


PRICE: £60 per month. NO individual sessions. NO drop-ins. You either train 2+ times a week every week, or not at all.

TIMES: We run sessions Monday-Friday at the times listed below. All sessions MUST be booked in advance, daytime sessions are available upon request:

Monday: 17:00, 18:30 & 20:00

Tuesday: 6:00, 17:00, 18:30 & 20:00

Wednesday: 17:00, 18:30 & 20:00

Thursday: 6:00, 18:30 & 20:00

Friday: 17:00, 18:30 & 20:00
