We are a friendly and locally run fitness centre that is extremely passionate about helping people of all ages and from all different walks of life achieve health and fitness goals they thought impossible.

We offer a range of personal services all of which will take place under the guidance of our highly experienced and professional coaches.
Every session that you do with us will be designed exclusively for your goals, all you have to do is turn up and put in the work.

How we work

We can work with people of any level of fitness and pride ourselves in the fact that every member to step through
our door has achieved amazing results in minimal time.

Utilising what we refer to as “customised group training”, our members benefit from the motivational aspect of training in a group
environment (4 people per group maximum), while also receiving the individual attention needed to achieve their goals.

Sessions begin at 17:00, 18:00, 19:00 & 20:00 – £60 a month

TEAM DSW sessions are the next step for anyone looking to improve their strength and fitness. Following your free trial session with us, where we will complete a functional movement analysis and better understand your fitness goals, we will have an individual program ready for you.

Here members get a choice of different movements to pick from, depending on their preference and ability. These sessions are where you will be guided through that process by our coaches who will be on hand to instruct you every step of the way.

You have full access to the gym not only during the evenings but during the day as well.

Off Peak Training

11:00-16:00 – £50 a month

All of the benefits of our TEAM DSW program, but restricted hours. You will be able to come in and be coached through your training program during the daytime.

Young Athlete Development

16:00-17:00 – £40 a month

Designed for ages 12+, our Young Athlete Development program aims to not only improve athletic performance, but also build confidence and self-belief. Centred around entry level bodyweight movements we will look to build strength, awareness and character in a safe and sociable environment. Every session will be completed under the instruction of our knowledgeable and qualified coaching staff.
